For the less active, or for those wishing to use "Plein Air Pyrenees" as a base for exploring the area, then there are many local attractions within easy reach. These include:

Weekly markets at Lannemezan, Arreau and La Barthe de Neste.

The major towns of Tarbes, Lourdes, Pau and Toulouse are all within one hours drive, as is Spain, and all worthy of a visit during your stay. For the more adventurous, then the Atlantic coast is less than two hours drive, the Mediterranean coast approximately 3 hours drive, and the principality of Andorra approximately 3 hours drive.

Getting about...

Don’t worry if you don’t have your own transport, our minibus is at the disposal of clients throughout their stay, There is no charge for local trips (less than 10 kilometres), and for longer trips we charge a nominal fee per person to cover fuel and motorway tolls.
