How to Book
Please contact us by telephone or e-mail to check availability. If available, a provisional booking will be held for 10 days to allow time to complete the booking form and pay the deposit.
A provisional booking will be held for 10 days during which time please send a completed booking form, signed on behalf of the group, together with the relevant deposit. A deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost per person is required to secure the booking.
Payment of the Balance
The balance of outstanding monies must be paid one calendar month before the commencement date of your holiday. If the balance of is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. For all self catering holidays a 'damage deposit' cheque of 200€ is required at the same time as the payment of the balance. This will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay, after the property has been cleaned and checked.
Payments can be made by card, cheque, Bank Transfer / Deposit, or Paypal. Cheques should be made
payable to Mr. I. Turner.
If you decide to cancel your holiday after the booking has been made, you must advise us immediaitely in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
Weeks before Departure Cancellation Charge
8 or more Deposit
8 - 4 50% of holiday cost
4 - 2 75% of holiday cost
less than 2 100% of holiday cost
The date that we effect cancellation is the date the written cancellation is received.
Any sports activities are undertaken entirely at the clients own risk. We cannot take responsibility for any injuries sustained, however caused. We will not be held responsible for any loss, delay or costs associated with adverse weather conditions. We consider it essential that you have appropriate travel and sports insurance. If you intend to undetake any outdoor / sporting activities during your holiday (skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, etc.) please ensure that you have adequate cover.
