Ian and Alison Turner offer a warm welcome to "Plein Air Pyrenees", our base for cycling holidays, motorcycling holidays and skiing holidays in the heart of the beautiful French Pyrenees.

"Plein Air Pyrenees" is a converted farmhouse in the department of the Haute Pyrenees, France, providing both family and group accommodation. It is set in two acres of land and situated on the edge of a rural village in the Vallee D’Aure at an altitude of 600 metres. Lortet is 10 kilometres south of the market town of Lannemezan on the D929, the route to the Aragnouet - Bielsa tunnel and Spain.

We offer Skiing Holidays in the winter and Cycling Holidays and Motorcycling  Holidays throughout the rest of the year. Cyclists can take one of our Specialist Cycling Holiday Packages or remain independent. Motorcyclists and the Independent Cyclist will be offered expert advice on routes in the area, and are always welcome. This area of France truly is our own Two Wheel Paradise.

Although we operate specialist holidays, we are also ideally placed for use as a base touring the Pyrenees, or undertaking many other activities including watersports, walking, climbing, or birdwatching.

After the day’s activity, relax by taking a massage or one of our other therapies available.
